ILATECH EP

The ILATECH EP products are made out of an epoxy basis system.

ILATECH EP coatings offer outstanding corrosion and chemical resistance and their adhesion on most common substrate is excellent.

In order to achieve their full performance, these coatings must be cross-linked, so that a three-dimensional network is obtained. For that purpose, the epoxy resin must be reacted with components able to interact with its epoxide groups. Certain properties, such as the temperature stability or the flexibility of the coating, can be finely tuned according to the kind of hardener selected; therefore, a wide range of requirements can be met.

Since their curing temperature is relatively low, various metallic and non-metallic substrates can be used.

Further properties can also be obtained with the addition of additives or the use of special raw materials.

ILATECH P

The ILATECH P products are based on polyamide-imides (PAI) technology.

Such coatings offer very good mechanical strength and resist most chemical solvents. They also have excellent thermal properties. With appropriate pretreatment, the ILATECH P products a wide range of substrates.

ILATECH P standard systems can be modified to meet specific customer requirements.
